Typographical Errors

Dreambox500c.org.uk shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Dreambox500c.org.uk shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.


Return policy and limited guarantee against defects


Every third party product you buy from Dreambox500c.org.uk is backed first by the product manufacture's warranty. Dreambox500c.org.uk's 90 day limited warranty against defects, also applies. Dreambox500c.org.uk's 90 day limited warranty is a defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacture or Dreambox500c.org.uk. Hardware confirmed as defective by the product manufacture or Dreambox500c.org.uk will either be exchanged or repaired at our sole discretion within the first 90 days of ownership only. After 90 days the product manufacture warranty is the only warranty in effect. Terms and conditions may vary by product or manufacture. Dreambox500c.org.uk will assist customers whenever possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufactures. For assistance or to exchange a defective product please contact us and we will provide you the necessary information on getting your product exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without the prior approval issued by Dreambox500c.org.uk.


Limitation of Liability

Dreambox500c.org.uk does not accept liability for personal system/hardware damages and/or lost or corrupted data (firmware/software) that may occur do to improper use of a product or from the use of malicious programs or viruses obtained by the customer.
